I spent my holiday in Jakarta, exactly in Bogor. I went there with my friends. We went to Jakarta by plane. It took 2 hours to arrive in Soekarno Hatta Airport. I felt happy because one of my friends made me a herbal shake before we go to Sentul International Convention Center to attend seminar and herbal party  there. It was amazing holiday where the place is used to hold a concert by Justin Bieber and the surprising thing was I could meet David Beckam's wife. The seminar ran very very well and really amazing. My friends and I were enthusiastic and enjoy the event. That was my amazing holiday because not also got a knowledge from seminar but also amusement. I hope I can experience an amazing holiday later.







Based on my childhood experiences I had many fun and joyful moments like play hide and seek together with my classmates sometimes I played ular tangga or puzzle. It was very interesting where I spent a lot of time with my friends and also we could keep togetherness. Whereas children nowadays in my observation they preferred spending their time with their gadget, they don't really interested to play with their friends. Even the worst thing they easy to accept the negative things. Although their life more modern than beforehand but they more easy to do negative things. In contrast the children nowadays can dress up or make up like an adult yet children in 1990s they more natural and never try to do make up. 



Every student in the university cannot be separated from the task. Both individual tasks and task groups would all these tasks must be completed and carried out properly. In general, each course would have its own task in accordance with the teaching faculty. As a student doing an obligation to do the assignments in order to get extra points in each course. The effects of many tasks assigned make the students stay up all night to work on the task until completed. As for the effects resulting from stay up late including problems in weight, the immune system weakens, it is difficult to sleep early.
The first effect is problems in weight, weight loss is directly proportional to lack of sleep. If you do not sleep for at least 6 hours at night, impaired fat metabolism. In addition, the more often you stay, you will tend to hunger and increase your portions.
The second effect is, the immune system weakens, stay up late can destroy white blood cells in your body. White blood cells are very useful for immunity so that your immune system will be weakened if you often stay up.
The third effect as the last effect is, difficult to bed early. If you continue to stay up every day, then it would change the habits of your sleep clock. When we want to sleep early, you will have trouble. Therefore, your body is adjusting your habits of staying up. So, need a process that is not a moment to restore your sleep cycle as before.
In conclusion is that as a student we must be smart to divide the time and conduct the duty so it will not become a big burden. Therefore, to avoid of student’s stay up all night over every student should have a store or a vitamin to maintain their immunity. Besides that each student should be take a rest first before doing the mountainous assignments in order to make the condition better.
